Compare Partnerships

One strong foundation. Three ways to engage.

Every EngineFlow website is built to feel premium, perform on mobile, and turn property searches into measurable lead activity.

The difference between partnerships is how much ongoing strategy, content guidance, optimization, market coverage, and organizational complexity we manage after launch.

Website Foundation

For brokerages, teams, and agents that need a premium digital presence and plan to manage their own growth.

Standard Website Build:$6,000

Foundation Partnership:$250/month

  • Fully on-brand custom website
  • Brand-matched IDX search experience
  • Lead capture, tracking, and analytics
  • 90+ mobile PageSpeed on core pages
  • Technical SEO foundation
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

Enterprise Partnership

For multi-office brokerages, large teams, and complex real estate organizations that need centralized strategy and coordinated growth across multiple markets, competitive lanes, or office locations.

Enterprise Build:from $15,000

Enterprise Partnership:$3,000/month

  • Everything in Growth Partnership
  • Large-scale website and IDX architecture
  • Multi-location SEO and AI-visibility monitoring and optimization
  • Office-, market-, and lane-specific growth systems
  • Advanced lead routing, analytics, and integrations
  • Centralized reporting across locations
  • Priority strategy and ongoing support

Pricing scales with the markets, competitive lanes, and office locations we actively manage. Broader metro-level competitive protection can be secured by qualifying multi-office partnerships.

Additional Enterprise Markets

Scale by market, lane, and office.

Enterprise pricing scales with the footprint we actively manage—not simply the name of the city or metro.

In smaller markets, an active Growth scope corresponds to a town where your organization has an office or meaningful operational presence.

In a larger metro, an active Growth scope corresponds to a municipality, neighborhood cluster, property specialty, audience, or price segment.

Additional office locations create their own Google Business Profile, review, citation, local-visibility, and reporting requirements.

Additional Market or Competitive Lane Activation:$2,000 one timeAdditional Market or Competitive Lane Growth:$1,000/month

Additional managed office locations are priced according to office count and local-growth requirements.

Each Additional Market or Competitive Lane Activation includes

  • Three Core Market Launch Pages
  • Local search, map, and review-tracking configuration
  • AI-search visibility baseline and benchmark prompt set
  • Search, review, citation, and competitor baselines
  • Local conversion and attribution setup
  • Google Business Profile review and optimization
  • Initial market-specific growth roadmap

Ongoing Additional Market or Competitive Lane Growth includes

  • Search and map-visibility monitoring
  • AI visibility and competitive share-of-voice monitoring
  • Google Business Profile management
  • Two optimized GBP posts per month for the actively managed office
  • Review and citation monitoring
  • Content guidance for your team
  • SEO and conversion optimizations
  • Market-specific reporting and recommendations

Google Ads campaign launches, ongoing management, and advertising spend remain separately priced.

An office can appear on your Enterprise website without receiving active Growth services.

Pricing example

An Enterprise client with:

  • One included headquarters market
  • 5 additional actively managed markets

Would pay:

  • Enterprise base: $3,000/month
  • 5 additional markets: $5,000/month
  • Total ongoing partnership: $8,000/month

The 5 additional activations would total:

  • 5 × $2,000 = $10,000 one time

Markets may be activated in phases.

Selective Partnerships

Limited overlap. Room to grow.

The promise is simple: we won't sell the same full-service Growth partnership to an obvious local competitor.

For a small-town brokerage, that's your town — no directly competing brokerage, team, or agent based in it. For a business in a larger metro, it's your competitive lane — neighborhoods, specialties, audiences, and price segments — not the entire city. Protection is anchored to where you're based — not every county you sell into — so you stay free to expand, and we can grow with you.

Large, multi-office Enterprise partnerships can qualify for broader citywide protection when their active Growth scope meaningfully spans the market — judged by the offices, lanes, and audiences we actively manage, not the city name.

How We Handle Competitive Overlap ↓
Growth Sprints

Expand in focused waves—not with a flood of generic pages.

Growth Sprints are focused, one-time initiatives that expand your visibility, content, market coverage, or campaign infrastructure. Each targets a specific, high-value opportunity, so every dollar you invest drives a measurable step forward.

Most Growth Sprints fall between $1,000 and $5,000. Repeatable deliverables use standard pricing, while larger multi-market or technically complex initiatives are scoped and approved before work begins.

Local Presence and Measurement Sprint

Typical investment: $1,000–$1,500

  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Category and service alignment
  • Review-request workflow
  • Authentic local-photo recommendations
  • Google Post system
  • Lead and click attribution
  • Baseline visibility dashboard

Citation and Entity Clarity Sprint

Typical investment: $1,000–$2,000

  • Business-information consistency audit
  • Correction of inaccurate listings
  • Identification of missing industry and local directories
  • Prioritized citation-building plan
  • Competitive citation-gap analysis
  • Quarterly re-audit recommendations

Stronghold Market Sprint

Typical investment: $2,500–$5,000

A Stronghold Market Sprint includes:

  • Buyer and property-search landing page
  • Seller landing page and consultation path
  • Commercial, land, rental, or specialty page where justified
  • Original local content
  • Relevant IDX integration
  • Internal linking
  • Conversion tracking
  • Applicable structured data

Local Content Sprint

Typical investment: $1,500–$3,000

Examples include:

  • Neighborhood and community guides
  • First-time buyer resources
  • Seller decision guides
  • Land and specialty-property content
  • Market reports
  • Agent-selection guides

  • Search-demand and competitive analysis
  • Buyer and seller page pairing
  • Local-content collection

  • Ad copy
  • Negative-keyword setup
  • Seller-first or other high-value targeting
  • Initial optimization and reporting framework

Ads should direct prospects to pages built for their intent—not the homepage or a generic IDX results screen.

Standard pricing applies to pages built within the existing website and content system. Extensive research, substantial long-form content, custom functionality, advanced integrations, and specialized campaign requirements are priced separately.

Optional Add-ons

Add the systems your business is ready to use.

Not every real estate business needs the same CRM workflows, advertising budget, or lead-routing complexity.

These services are scoped separately so you pay only for the infrastructure and acquisition channels your team is prepared to support.

Connect captured leads to the systems your team already uses.

We do not require you to replace your CRM or adopt a proprietary lead-management platform.

We connect website and IDX lead sources to the tools you already rely on, then make sure the right information reaches the right person.

If you do not currently have a CRM, we are happy to help evaluate the available options and identify one that fits your team, lead volume, workflows, and budget.

Standard CRM Integration — $750 one time

Standard CRM Integration includes:

  • Connection to one existing CRM
  • Website and IDX form routing
  • Lead-source and originating-page capture
  • Contact-field mapping
  • Email and notification configuration
  • Test submissions
  • Delivery verification
  • Basic implementation documentation
  • 30 days of post-launch stabilization

Foundation Partnership continues to monitor whether our forms are submitting correctly and whether expected lead notifications are being generated.

It does not include ongoing administration of your CRM.

Advanced Lead Routing and Automation — From $1,500

Advanced implementation includes:

  • Routing by office, market, property type, specialty, or agent
  • Multiple pipelines or lead destinations
  • Automated follow-up workflows
  • Advanced field mapping
  • Call tracking and attribution
  • Multiple CRMs or connected systems
  • Custom workflow testing
  • Implementation documentation

Ongoing CRM Support — From $250/month

Ongoing CRM Support is optional for straightforward integrations and required for advanced routing, automation, or multi-system environments that require continuing administration.

Ongoing CRM Support includes:

  • CRM-side troubleshooting
  • Coordination with the CRM provider
  • Field and pipeline changes
  • Routing-rule maintenance
  • Automation maintenance
  • User and notification changes
  • Investigation of delivery or synchronization problems
  • Testing after CRM or provider updates

Workflow expansions and major new automations you request are scoped separately.

CRM subscription fees are paid directly to the provider.

Payment Flexibility

A payment structure built around delivery.

Choose the standard milestone plan or spread the approved website-build investment across 12 months.

Standard Milestone Plan

  • 50% at project kickoff
  • 50% after the completed website is approved for launch

The final build payment is not due until the website meets the agreed scope and is ready to go live.

Twelve-Month Website Plan

  • $0 upfront website-build deposit
  • Twelve fixed monthly payments beginning at kickoff

The 12-month plan adds a 5% fee to the approved website-build price, divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

For a standard $6,000 website:

  • Twelve-month website price: $6,300
  • Monthly website installment: $525 for 12 months

For an approved $10,000 expanded build:

  • Twelve-month website price: $10,500
  • Monthly website installment: $875 for 12 months

Early payoff is permitted without penalty.

The following remain separate from the website-build installment:

  • Foundation Partnership fees
  • Growth Partnership fees
  • Enterprise Partnership fees
  • Growth Activation fees
  • Additional Market or Competitive Lane Activation fees
  • Additional Market or Competitive Lane Growth fees
  • CRM services
  • Google Ads services
  • Third-party platform fees

The website-build installment obligation continues until the agreed website balance is paid, even when optional recurring services are canceled.

Service Terms

Month-to-Month Partnerships

Our Foundation, Growth, Enterprise, and Additional Market or Competitive Lane Growth services are offered month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.

We believe the quality of the work and value of the partnership should earn continued business—not contractual friction.

Search visibility, content authority, local rankings, AI representation, and lead performance generally develop through consistent effort rather than one isolated month.

We set realistic expectations and recommend an appropriate runway, but you remain free to end recurring services.

The exception is the optional 12-month website-build payment plan.

Remaining website-build installments continue until the approved website balance is paid, even when optional recurring services are canceled.

Guarantees

Launch it. Use it. Love it—or receive every dollar paid to EngineFlow back.

  • CRM or advertising-management service fees paid directly to EngineFlow during the covered period
  • Other service fees paid directly to EngineFlow during the engagement

You do not need to prove that the website is defective or enter into a drawn-out dispute.

We may request honest feedback, but feedback is not a condition of receiving the refund.

Guarantee window

The guarantee expires at 11:59 p.m. Central Time 30 calendar days after the public launch date.

Excluded costs

The only excluded costs are amounts paid to outside providers or third parties, including:

  • IDX fees
  • MLS data or licensing fees
  • CRM subscriptions
  • Advertising spend paid to Google or another advertising platform
  • Domain purchases
  • Stock photography or media licenses
  • Third-party software subscriptions
  • Other nonrefundable third-party expenses

After the refund

  • Your right to use EngineFlow-created layouts, designs, code, and reusable website components ends
  • The EngineFlow-built website is removed from production
  • You retain your domain
  • You retain your original content
  • You retain your logos and photography
  • You retain your account access
  • You retain your leads and business data
  • We reasonably assist with transferring the materials you own

90+ Core-Page Performance Promise

EngineFlow-built qualifying core pages are engineered and verified to achieve a 90+ median mobile PageSpeed score at launch.

Performance is measured using five independent mobile PageSpeed Insights tests, with the median score used to reduce normal test-to-test variation.

If a qualifying page does not meet the 90+ benchmark, we continue optimizing it at no additional charge until it does.

Qualifying core pages generally include

  • Homepages
  • Service pages
  • Buyer and seller pages
  • Market landing pages
  • Community pages
  • Contact pages
  • Insights and article pages

Third-party IDX application pages and externally hosted experiences are optimized within provider constraints but are not included in the 90+ commitment.

Performance-budget protection

The promise applies to the approved launch configuration.

When a requested feature, script, embed, video, map, widget, or outside platform is likely to compromise the target, we explain the expected performance tradeoff before implementation.

You may choose to:

  • Keep the feature and accept a revised launch-performance expectation
  • Use a lighter alternative
  • Remove the feature to preserve the 90+ benchmark

Grade A Security Promise

Our websites ship with a complete set of HTTP security headers, verified at launch to earn an A grade or better from the independent scanner at securityheaders.com.

If the site does not earn an A at launch, we keep configuring it at no additional charge until it does.

Headers configured on every EngineFlow-built page

  • Strict-Transport-Security
  • Content-Security-Policy
  • X-Frame-Options
  • X-Content-Type-Options
  • Referrer-Policy
  • Permissions-Policy

Together these protect the visitor data your website collects: they force every connection over HTTPS, block injected scripts from skimming your lead forms, and stop your site from being framed inside someone else's page.

Why this is worth naming

Most real estate websites ship with none of it. In August 2026 we scanned thirteen competing real estate websites: eight scored F, one scored D, and four scored C. Not one earned a B, let alone an A. Three of the four best-scoring sites are built on national real estate web platforms — the most expensive option on the market still tops out at a C.

The website we built for Delta Realty scores A. Check the securityheaders.com grade (opens in new tab)

What the promise covers

Our A-grade guarantee applies to the website we built and our core pages.

Third-party IDX application pages and externally hosted experiences serve their provider's headers, not ours. They are configured as far as the provider allows but are not included in the A-grade commitment.

Third-Party Costs

Clear pricing. No surprise platform costs.

EngineFlow's fees cover the strategy, design, implementation, monitoring, and support defined in the partnership.

Some capabilities depend on outside platforms or media budgets that are billed separately.

We identify those costs before work begins and help you select, configure, and coordinate the right tools.

IDX and MLS Services

IDX subscriptions and applicable MLS data or licensing fees are separate from EngineFlow's website and partnership fees.

Costs vary based on:

  • IDX provider and service level
  • Participating MLS
  • Number of agents or offices
  • Additional data feeds or markets
  • Compliance and licensing requirements

We coordinate setup and work with the IDX provider when technical or compliance issues arise.

CRM Platforms

CRM subscription fees are paid directly to the provider.

We can help you evaluate, configure, and connect the right CRM for your team.

Google Ads

Google advertising spend is paid directly to Google.

Optional Platforms

Optional external software includes:

  • Call tracking
  • Email marketing
  • Scheduling platforms
  • Chat platforms
  • Review-management systems
  • Property-management integrations
  • Advanced analytics
  • Attribution tools
  • Additional publishing or automation platforms

These tools are recommended only when they serve a clear business purpose. When one is needed, it is billed separately and disclosed before launch.

What is included in EngineFlow fees?

Our internal workflow, reporting, and monitoring tools are included wherever they form part of the package.

You are not billed separately for every internal tool we use.

Separate costs generally apply when a platform:

  • Holds listings or MLS data
  • Stores or manages leads
  • Purchases advertising inventory
  • Provides a phone number or tracking account you own
  • Requires a separate subscription in your name

What you own

Whenever practical, the platforms behind your business are established in your company name.

You retain access to:

  • Domain
  • Analytics
  • Advertising accounts
  • CRM
  • IDX account
  • Call-tracking numbers
  • Business profiles
  • Lead and performance data

Before work begins, the proposal separates EngineFlow fees, estimated third-party subscriptions, advertising budgets, and optional add-ons—so you understand the complete investment, not just the website price.

Key FAQs

How long does an EngineFlow website take to launch?

Most Website Foundation and Growth Partnership websites launch within six weeks of the project-ready date.

The project-ready date begins once we have received the required content, brand assets, account access, approvals, and IDX or MLS information needed to begin production.

More complex migrations, custom integrations, unusually large content libraries, multi-office builds, and Enterprise websites may require a longer timeline.

The proposal includes a project schedule based on the actual scope.

What does the standard $6,000 website build cover?

The standard build covers one real estate brand, one primary office or operating structure, and one primary MLS and IDX configuration. It includes a standard brokerage, team, or agent website architecture; buyer, seller, team, about, and contact experiences; standard lead forms, analytics, attribution, and agent-directory functionality; and reasonable migration of core business content.

What can make a website build cost more than $6,000?

Expanded pricing can apply when a project requires a substantially larger number of custom pages, extensive content migration, a large or complex agent directory, multiple MLS feeds, additional brands or service lines, advanced CRM routing, custom applications, or specialized rental, commercial, recruiting, or property-management workflows. Any expanded scope and price are identified during discovery and approved before the project begins.

How are website build fees paid?

The standard payment structure is:

  • 50% at project kickoff
  • 50% after the completed website is reviewed and approved for launch

You may also qualify for the 12-month website plan.

The 12-month plan adds a 5% fee to the approved build price, divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

All recurring services and third-party fees remain separate from the website installment.

Can I start with Website Foundation and upgrade later?

Yes, subject to Growth Partnership availability at the time of upgrade.

Website Foundation does not reserve a market.

If another locally based business establishes a full-service Growth relationship in your market first, we may be unable to take you on as a Growth partner there.

Your existing website and Foundation Partnership can continue either way.

How does EngineFlow handle competitive overlap?

It depends on the size and structure of your market.

In a small town, we work with one full-service Growth client among direct local competitors — we won't partner with another brokerage, team, or agent based in your town that directly competes with you in the same competitive lane.

Closely connected neighboring communities are evaluated together only when they truly operate as one shared local market: tight proximity with substantial overlap in listings, buyers, sellers, agents, and local competition — not simply every town in the broader region.

In a larger metro, we limit overlap by meaningful competitive lanes such as neighborhoods, municipalities, property specialties, audiences, and price segments.

Website Foundation does not reserve a market. This approach applies to active Growth and Enterprise partnerships.

Can I still expand into nearby markets?

Yes — protection is anchored to where you are based, not to every county you sell into.

You're free to grow into new towns and counties, and we'll help you with landing pages, content, IDX pathways, organic and AI-search visibility, ads, and conversion systems.

Being based in one town never locks up the areas around it — for you or for anyone else.

Can an Enterprise Partnership receive citywide or metro-level competitive protection?

Yes—when the partnership's active Growth footprint meaningfully spans the metro.

Growth Partnerships in larger metros are generally structured around a defined competitive lane rather than the entire city.

Broader citywide or metro-level protection can be secured by a large, multi-office Enterprise organization with active Growth scopes across multiple parts of the market. We evaluate the organization's office footprint, service areas, audiences, specialties, active Growth work, and actual competitive relationships.

Metro-level protection is not automatically included with the base Enterprise Partnership.

Are landing pages included in the monthly Growth Partnership?

Growth Activation includes three Core Market Launch Pages.

The monthly Growth Partnership includes monitoring, optimization, content guidance, reporting, Google Business Profile posting, and strategic planning.

Additional buyer, seller, community, specialty, and market-expansion pages are delivered through separately priced Growth Sprints.

Instead of filling the website with repetitive pages created to meet an arbitrary monthly quota, we build when the opportunity is justified—and we make sure each page is unique, relevant, genuinely useful, and aligned with real market data and business goals.

Who creates and publishes the blog content?

Your team does, because the strongest real estate content comes from people who actually work in the market.

We provide:

  • Structured topic guidance
  • Writing prompts
  • Search-intent recommendations
  • On-brand templates
  • Heading and CTA guidance
  • Internal-link recommendations
  • SEO and conversion optimizations
  • Authority-building recommendations
  • Performance analysis

Your team writes and self-publishes through its on-brand Insights hub.

We do not manually publish every post.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads, or AI citations?

No responsible agency can guarantee a particular ranking, lead volume, or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.

We improve and measure the factors within our control:

  • Website performance
  • Technical structure
  • Local relevance
  • Content quality
  • Business-information consistency
  • Search visibility
  • AI representation
  • Measurement
  • Conversion paths

We report what is changing and use real performance data to guide future priorities.

Does EngineFlow provide its own CRM?

No.

We do not force you into a proprietary CRM.

We connect website and IDX leads to the system you already use.

If you do not have a CRM, we help evaluate suitable platforms based on your team, workflows, lead volume, and budget.

Is Google Ads included in Growth or Enterprise pricing?

No.

Google Ads is a standalone add-on because campaign scope depends on:

  • Advertising budget
  • Number of markets
  • Landing-page readiness
  • Conversion tracking
  • Lead routing
  • Follow-up infrastructure

A Standard Campaign Launch is $1,500.

Ongoing management is 20% of monthly ad spend, with a $750/month minimum.

Ad spend is paid directly to Google.

What does 90+ Mobile PageSpeed cover?

We verify qualifying core pages using five independent mobile PageSpeed Insights runs.

The median score must reach at least 90 at launch.

Third-party IDX pages and externally hosted applications are optimized within provider constraints but are not included in the commitment.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You retain ownership and access to:

  • Domain
  • Original content
  • Analytics
  • Advertising accounts
  • CRM
  • Business profiles
  • Leads
  • Your business data

Ownership and licensing terms for EngineFlow-created code, reusable components, and third-party software are stated in the agreement.

We do not hold critical accounts or business data hostage.

Still deciding which partnership fits?

Request a complimentary Lead System Audit.

We will review your:

  • Website
  • IDX experience
  • Lead capture
  • Search visibility
  • Local presence

Then recommend the partnership level that best fits your market, goals, and operational complexity.
